Welcome to The Calm Cat Guides. These terms explain how our store and our guides may be used. By placing an order, you agree to them, so please take a moment to read them.

About us
The Calm Cat Guides is a small Australian business creating printable guides for cat owners. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean The Calm Cat Guides, and "you" means the person buying or using our guides.

Your purchase
All prices are in Australian dollars. Once your payment is complete, your guide is delivered by email as a digital download. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Your licence to use our guides
When you buy a guide, you receive a personal licence to use it in your own household. You're welcome to:
- download, save and read the files on your own devices
- print as many copies as you need for your own home, including for a cat-sitter caring for your cat

Please don't:
- share, forward or upload the files for others to download
- resell, give away or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
- use the content in your own products, courses or publications
- remove our name or copyright notices from the files

All guides, designs and illustrations remain the property of The Calm Cat Guides.

General information, not veterinary advice                                                                          Our guides are not professional or veterinary advice, and they don't replace a consultation with your vet. If your cat is unwell, injured, stops eating or shows a sudden change in behaviour, please contact your vet. Laws and requirements for cats differ between Australian states, territories and local areas, and they can change. Please check the rules where you live.

Our responsibility
We take great care to make sure our guides are accurate and up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we're not responsible for loss or harm arising from how the general information in our guides is applied to an individual cat. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes
We may update our guides and these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
