OUR REFUND POLICY

Every Calm Cat guide is written, designed and checked with care, so that you and your cat have something genuinely useful to keep. We'd like you to feel confident about your purchase, so here's how refunds work.

Digital downloads
Our guides are digital products, delivered to your inbox as soon as your order is complete. Because a file can't be returned once it has been downloaded, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind or for choosing the wrong guide. Each product page sets out exactly what's included, who it's for and how it's printed, so please take a moment to read it before you buy.

If you're having trouble opening your guide
Our guides are standard PDF files that open on almost any computer, tablet or phone. If yours won't open, these usually help:
- Make sure the download has finished completely before opening it.
- Open it with a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), Preview on a Mac, or the Files or Books app on a phone.
- Try downloading it again from the link in your email, or on a different device.
Still stuck? Email us and we'll work through it with you personally, or send you a fresh copy.

If something is wrong with the guide itself
If a file we've supplied is faulty, for example it's corrupted, has missing or unreadable pages, or isn't the guide you ordered, please let us know. We'll send a corrected file promptly. If we can't put it right, we'll offer you a refund.

Your rights are always protected
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund or replacement where a product has a major failure.
