How will I receive my guide?
Your guide is a digital download. As soon as your order is complete, we'll email you a link to download your files. It usually arrives within a few minutes. Nothing is posted.
What's included?
Each guide comes as two PDF files: the guide itself, and a Printable Toolkit of cheat sheets and worksheets. The product page lists exactly what's inside.
Can I print it?
Yes. Our guides are designed for A4 paper. Print at 100% ("actual size") at home or at any local print shop. Black-and-white works, though the colour pages are clearer. Print fresh worksheets as often as you need for your own household.
Can I read it on my phone or tablet?
Yes. The files are standard PDFs that open on almost any device, using apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on a Mac, or the Files or Books app on a phone.
My download email hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check your spam, junk or promotions folder first. If it's still missing after an hour, email us at thecalmcatguides@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send your link personally.
Is this veterinary advice?
No. Our guides are not professional or veterinary advice.
Can I share the files with a friend?
Each purchase is for use in your own household. You're welcome to print pages for a cat-sitter caring for your cat, but please don't share, resell or upload the files.
Can I get a refund?
Because guides are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds for change of mind. If something is wrong with your file, we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the details.
